Hey,

That’s me, Eugen, acting wise in a local café here in Tulcea

I am ‘us’, the administrator, web designer, technician, writer, editor, marketing specialist, traffic analyst, consultant, graphic artist and, well, just about anything related to this website.

Back in 2005 I saw a small info clip on the Discovery Channel on how sneakers appeared and were manufactured. I know the clip ran for some time that summer and at some point, i was like, Hey, why don’t I build a website about it?

So, here I am, a few years later, managing a number of sites on various toppics. A1-Sneakers.com is certainly my favorite. I’m constantly adding new articles and reviews and updating information on existing ones.

Over the years, I’ve been building a number of websites on various topics. Some of them have been incredibly successful while others, well, a little less than that.

To get a sense of what I’ve been up to, here’s the list with a few words about each:

Child Toys Guide – This was my first website. I built it back in 2004, just before I got the idea of building A1 Sneakers. It’s gathered quite a lot of traffic over the years, even though I’ve updated it less than infrequently.

Italian Fashion Designer – I really enjoyed writing the articles for this one. There are so many Italian designers that there’s no lack of inspiration for fresh content. At the time, I wasn’t that into blogging, so the site is still in plain old html pages, but I built a blog on a brand new domain to cover the news in the industry. You can find it at Italian Fashion Watch.

A1 Birthstone Jewelry – There was a time when I was seriously looking to get my mom a nice jewel for her birthday and I ran into the whole concept of birthstones. Never heard of them before, so I had to look deeper into it. The result was the site, which now is again a little unupdated. I’ll get to it in a while.

Wild Danube Delta and Crete Travel Guide – My biggest passion is travel and I built the first site because I lie in the Danube Delta, in Romania. I had to do it, I love that place. I built the second site after a trip I had in Crete and I simply loved it! I spent two weeks and had to write down a few ideas just so some other people hear about it.

A1 Brand Watches – this I think is the last website I built. I haven’t even organized it properly, but I will as soon as I get some free time.

Lastly, I was thinking of putting up a website about Tenerife. I recently spent a week there and I just got to say, it was unbelievable. But again, if I get the time.

Already, there are too many sites, so keeping every one of the updates is a daunting task. But I’ve got to do it!
